Managed IT — Kelowna
Managed IT Services
in Kelowna, BC
Kelowna's grown fast. IT setups don't always keep up.
A lot of the Kelowna businesses we talk to are running on IT that made sense five years ago and hasn't really been looked at since — a server someone's cousin set up, a patchwork of tools nobody fully owns, backups nobody's actually tested.
We're an MSP based up the highway in Kamloops, and Kelowna's the Okanagan market we work in most outside our own backyard. It's close enough that "onsite when you need it" is a real thing, not a marketing line.
If your current setup is "whatever's been working, mostly," that's usually the moment to actually look at it before something forces the issue.
What that looks like day to day
Same package we run for every client, adjusted for the fact that we're not in the building every day: proactive monitoring so problems get caught before they're emergencies, a helpdesk that actually picks up, and a tech on the road for anything hands-on — network gear, new workstations, office moves.
Managed IT & Helpdesk
Monitoring and support that doesn't wait for you to notice something's wrong.
Cybersecurity
Ransomware protection, endpoint security, and training your team will actually sit through.
Microsoft 365
Setup, migration, and the ongoing fiddly bits nobody wants to deal with.
Infrastructure & Networking
Network design, cabling, and server work for new or growing offices.
Full breakdown of the package is on our main Managed IT Services page.
FAQ
Q:You're based in Kamloops — how does support actually work for a Kelowna business?
Most of the day-to-day is remote — monitoring, helpdesk, patching, all of it happens the same way whether you're down the hall from us or two hours away. When something needs a hand on the actual hardware, we drive out. We do it often enough that it's routine, not a special trip.
Q:We already have someone doing IT part-time. Can you work alongside them instead of replacing them?
Yes, and honestly it's a common setup for us. We can take the monitoring, patching, and after-hours coverage off their plate so they can focus on the stuff that actually needs someone in the building.
Q:What made you decide to actively serve Kelowna instead of just Kamloops?
Kelowna's grown into the biggest business hub in the Interior, and a lot of that growth outpaced the IT setups underneath it. We were already doing regular work there for a handful of clients, so building it out properly made sense.
