Q:Penticton is a couple hours from Kamloops. Is onsite support actually realistic, or mostly a remote arrangement?
We're honest about this one: Penticton is one of our longer drives, around two hours. Day-to-day support is remote, same as everywhere else, and we schedule onsite visits for planned work and dispatch a tech for anything urgent — it's just not a same-hour trip the way Merritt or Salmon Arm might be.
Q:We run a winery/hospitality business with a lot of seasonal staff turnover. Does IT support account for that?
Yes — onboarding and offboarding seasonal staff cleanly (email access, POS logins, network permissions) is a real part of the job for South Okanagan hospitality clients, and it's something we build into the setup rather than handling ad hoc each spring.
