Q:Is Vernon too small a market for you to actually care about, or are we an afterthought next to Kelowna?
Fair question — a lot of IT companies treat the smaller Okanagan towns as leftovers. We don't run it that way. Vernon clients get the same response times and the same technician pool as everyone else.
Q:Our business is seasonal — busy in summer, quiet in winter. Does that change how support works?
It changes what you probably need, not how we deliver it. Some seasonal clients scale support up around their busy months and keep it lighter the rest of the year. We can structure it that way instead of charging the same flat rate year-round.
Q:What's the drive from Kamloops actually like if something breaks?
About an hour and a half up Highway 97. It's close enough that a same-day or next-day onsite visit is normal, not a special favour.
